Gathering ( behind the scene)

it was quite boring..
actually is boring..
got some comments from some scouts

need to thanks all the guests tht came tht day
thanks for supporting us till the end of the gathering..
n also thanks to SAS N BB skul to give some noise during the gathering

to readers..
take u a little bit behind the scene..
wad we are really doin be4 the gathering started

12am..
me rongjia n puiyee were staying up late trying to see how does the school's projector works

1am..
cutting out backdrop's wording n also the other decorations

2am..
doin the video for programme book section..
where in the VP u can see me n puiyee playing comp late at night..
n YA..
VERY LAST MINUTe WORK!!!

3am..
keeping all the stuffs around the hse
getting ready to sleep

3.30am..
ALL SLEEP

5.30am
alarm clock rang..
bt no one woke up

suppose to go out at 6.30
everyone woke up late..

ended up LATE..

promise to reach skul at 7am..
bt then reach thr 7.20am

ps: all of us woke up late..(especially me)
psps:when we went into the car, i 4got to take my wallet with all the money inside..got to run back up the hse to get my wallet..

7.20am
reach school
open the hall..
rongqin suddenly remember tht she dint took the stapler bullet
n then rongjia dint bring her pendrive with the saved video
so..
puiyee n rongjia went back home to take them..

8am
doing backdrop..
putting up the words..
n the juniors came n lepak around the schools..
-.-
got mad n scolded all of them..
made them clean the whole hall again
while doing backdrop
my dear kimmie helped me took some shots

8.30am
rongjia n puiyee came back..
rongjia opened the video file n canot view any
-.-
so she got to edit again..
after awhile of editing..
she cant find the songs
ady called her to save up the songs..
bt she dint..
n all the songs is in her laptop..
call her to bring earlier dunwan to listen

so me rongqin n puichee went back home n took them..
rush like mad..
be back at school by 10am

got all the stuff
n we started to do work ady..
i went n took some of the video of the heads..
ps:evrything last minute..they are not cooperative earlier..

i have been asking it a month be4 to do it n no one listen..
got fed up n dun care bout them..
evrything do on the spot..
so all very random..
n some dunwan to take-.-
i also dun care

oni some are acting..
others all are really doin it..
especially the "SX18"
she memang ahh..
we were liKE..
O_O

after that..
i asked all the girls to change their clothes while we finish all the touch up work
n making sure the school is super clean without any rubbish..
CLEAN RITE???

n then
i also duno wad happen..
LOL

ok..
i dint have any breakfast..
oni a cup of chocolate drink..
rongjia's mum prepared some bread for us..
so at 12pm
i had my breakfast..
walking around the school holding a bread
n then walk down to the front gate..
talk to the usherers
suddenly oni a bus came..
i ran up n alert evryone tht ppl came..
n evryone also running..
LOL

high school klang came first
n they are on time
bt we are not..
already plan to start at 12.30pm
ada lagi sekolah yang lagi lewat..
n then they start at 1pm

i also dun care..
i jux know tht my stupid phone keep on shut down
n canot be switch on..

after i got to on back..
received 30++ miss calls
. . . . . . . .
cacat..

i reli duno wad happen in the hall..
no idea wad they did..
i was quite worried about the VP
really scare canot finish on time..
n guess wad..
our dance steps also havent practise
so..
i sit under the fan a while n continue checking around the skul..

when i went back to the hall..
i jux knw tht they are not following the agenda..
evrything upside down..
bt then thank god we got backup dancers
dun even talk bout game..

after the video is done..
they cal me down to prepare the VP..
the projector is tested with my comp n worked really well..
bt at tht time..
rongjia is using her comp..
guess wad..
no sound from her comp..
SWT!!!!!
n we got paniked
so got to use her pendrive to transfer the file over to my comp..
after putting it..
MY COmp HANG gei?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!
we was like OMG!!!!!!!
n then crowd suddenly screaming
laptop batu
laptop cacat??
laptop shutdown?????
SHUT UP LAH weh!!!
very nervous leh!!!

bt then thank God it worked..
me n rongjia planed after finish oni we run..
i ran..
i duno bout her..
lol

after that was refreshment i think..
we girls went down to grandstand to practise our dance steps while others eating in the canteen
not too long..
sk sms me n cal me find him
after the practise..
i went n see him n he gave me n rongjia chocolates..
=)

after tht..
we went up n practise once more with song
after tht..
they suddenly tel me i got to handle the nex game
i was like WTH!!
coz someone went moody after somthing happen..
i also duno wad..

ok..
i reli duno wad to say..
i think tht was a total failure..
i also speechless
suddenly alot ppl
in a split seconds..
evryone sit back ady..

i called the MC to have day walk..

we are very impatient at the back..

after dance..

giv projector back to teacher..

clean the whole hall

keep all the stuff..
n then went off..

go back..
eat my lunch at 6..
n no dinner tht day..

straight go sleep..
sleep until 7 the other morning..

a very tiring event..
if u cant handle..
dun even think of doing it..
LOL

anyway..
our hardwork is finally done..
hope u can find the happiness in this gathering..
no matter wad..
